Michelle McArdle

Although I grew up in the Twin Cities, after graduating from Marquette University and living in Southeastern Wisconsin for over 30 years, I now consider Milwaukee my hometown.

After spending my career working in accounting, IT, and executive leadership for midsized companies that kept getting acquired by global entities, it has been such a fun change to move back to working for a small, local company where I can immediately have an impact. I work behind the scenes to make sure we are a well run business so others in the agency can focus on the most important aspect of our business, our clients.

Outside of the office I regularly volunteer with the Ice Age Trail Alliance, Hunger Task Force, and the Urban Ecology Center. My husband, daughter and I enjoy the outdoors including hiking, downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, camping and enjoying all the amazing restaurants Milwaukee has to offer.
