With over 20 years of employee benefit plan experience, I bring a wealth of experience to area employers. I understand that employees are not just a number but are the lifeblood of an organization. “I believe that a comprehensive benefit plan is not just essential to attract and retain crucial team members but also help create a healthy community. Benefit plans should not be complicated and should never create frustration for employees or administrators. Proper plan structure can create an effective tool to increase employee satisfaction”. Also, knowing that not everyone has access to insurance through an employer, helping individuals in need of Marketplace and Medicare insurance get expert guidance is a priority for me. Additionally, developing strategies to help protect an individual's retirement savings while preparing for future care needs by utilizing long-term care insurance solutions is a focus for me.
I spent my earlier years in Green Bay and then a short stint in Sweden. Moving to Menomonee Falls and now living in Oak Creek, I am proud to call the Milwaukee area my home for the past several years. In my spare time I am a certified flight instructor and enjoy sharing my love of flying with others. My wife and I are also active members of our church and are very active within the local Southeastern Wisconsin Hispanic community.

Group Health Plans
Jay specializes in working with businesses that have 2 – 100 employees to help design, implement and educate the workforce on their employee benefits plan. These plans typically include health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability plans.
Individual Plans
Jay works with individuals that are under age 65 that are self-employed, early retirees or do not have access to health insurance through an employer. He will work with each individual and learn what their specific health insurance needs are. He will then guide them through the enrollment process. Jay works with insurance carriers that enroll direct and through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
Medicare
Jay works with individuals that are over age 65. He will work with each individual and learn what their specific health insurance needs are whether that include Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, or Part D Drug plans. He will then guide them through the enrollment process.

Long-Term Care
Long-term care planning is one of the most important, and often overlooked, parts of preparing for retirement. As a Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC®) professional, Jay has advanced training to help individuals and families understand the potential costs of long-term care, evaluate available funding options, and develop a strategy that aligns with their financial goals.
