Also, knowing that not everyone has access to insurance through an employer, helping individuals in need of Marketplace and Medicare insurance get expert guidance is a priority for me.
After spending my earlier years in Green Bay, then a short stint in Sweden, I have called Menomonee Falls and the Milwaukee area my home for the past several years. In my spare time I am a certified flight instructor and enjoy sharing my love of flying with others. My wife and I are also active members of our church and are very active within the local Southeastern Wisconsin Hispanic community.

Group Health Plans
Jay specializes in working with businesses that have 2 – 100 employees to help design, implement and educate the workforce on their employee benefits plan. These plans typically include health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability plans.
Individual Plans
Jay works with individuals that are under age 65 that are self-employed, early retirees or do not have access to health insurance through an employer. He will work with each individual and learn what their specific health insurance needs are. He will then guide them through the enrollment process. Jay works with insurance carriers that enroll direct and through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
Medicare
Jay works with individuals that are over age 65. He will work with each individual and learn what their specific health insurance needs are whether that include Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, or Part D Drug plans. He will then guide them through the enrollment process.
